They may be cheap, but overseas shipping costs a TON. Some sites make the flat shipping fee $60! Try out http://www.yesasia.com/ or maybe http://www.yesstyle.com/
The only problem with these sites, is that they are pretty expsensive.
**Oh, and buying the celeb jewelry or drama inspired ones are also very expsensive.
