American Eagle online shopping problem?
Okay so last Monday I placed an order for two jackets on American Eagle.com since they were having free shipping. I used my mother’s credit card since I don’t have one yet. Except I put my name as the billing address and shipping address. Will it affect the whole process of ordering? And another problem I’ve been having is, I’ve tracked my order for about a week now and it still says :
Awaiting Tracking Information *
* Please allow up to 24 hours for
tracking information to be updated.
it also says the status is : processing
Can someone please tell me what’s going on? What should I do?
Wow this exact same thing is happening to me right now!!
I have used my name before and it didnt work.
Just use your moms thats what I do now =]
