Asda Home Shopping Delivery Charge
Comments (0) has anyone done home shopping with asda?
i tried it for the first time yesterday and it was crap. first they arrived an hour late, then 22 items were missing, more phonecalls and i get told i may have to wait till 7pm for a re-delivery, eventually i get the order at 7 and theres still some missing and somethings i didnot order. more phonecalls and i just get told that i will not be charged delivery and the missing items will be refunded, i was so mad, i rung the store and am awaiting a call back today. has anyone had a bad experience with them, they are usually so high up with customer service aswell, or do you know what else i can do, it has been awful.
