online shopping sales tax laws
can i still sell items if i am waiting for my resellers license?

Hello
I have started the process for my DBA about 3 months ago. I was asked at that time if I was currently doing business as my Fictitious Name Registration name and I answered YES… I am currently in the process of filing for my resellers license BUT I am still selling items to the public that I am personally making. I do not own a shop and I do not work out of a store, everything I do is online sales. Am I doing something wrong? I am keeping detailed logs and receipts of what I am selling for tax purposes. Just want to make sure im not violating any sales laws. Am I still allowed to sell although my business resellers license is not in my hands? Thank You for your input.
