what ype of license do i need so that i can sell clothes online?

i’m thinking to open an online fashion store…in my country (malaysia), in order for me to get a trading license i must have a shop, but i don’t have one. so i wonder if it goes the same if i want to make an online shop…which doesnt need a shop. pls help.

unfortunately, few people here are going to know much about the laws in malaysia. i would guess that you probably still need the license
