Is anyone able to help me. I have done my shopping with mysupermarket.com and through them have done a grocery shop with Asda. Now I can’t remember my password so I’ve asked Asda to send me another one of which they have emailed me. After C&Ping their password it’s saying that Asda website doesn’t recognise it nor does mysupermarket.com yet its their password. Why won’t it recognise its own password and how do I get round this to purchace my groceries?
No wisecracks I have 2 small children and don’t drive so not able to go out to the supermarket but never had these problems before. Cheers.
Why not start again with a new account? Just abandon the present one.
