Why does tesco groceries keep redirecting me back to homepage anybody have any ideas?

I can shop online with tesco using my work computer (from home) but not with my own computer (I have reset internet explorer to original settings, ticked to allow cookies, made sure my date and time is update (as suggested by Tesco) and added their name to my allow cookie and even disabled Mcafee and Windows Firewall but still no joy. It allows me to enter my password and looks like it is going to go to the shopping then it just re-directs me back to the home page, it anyone can help me and please use laymans terms as I am not a computer buff I would be so gratefull as tesco seem to keep ignoring my internet questions. As a note of interest I can view sainsburys online shopping just can’t afford to use them. lookforward to hearing from anyone …..

Hmmmm… I would have to say that if the Tesco customer support ignores you, you might want to consider taking your business elsewhere.

That said, the easiest way would probably be to go to http://windowsupdate.microsoft.com and get the latest version of Internet explorer installed.

Most likely, the checkout program is not allowing you to get in do to some encryption issues. Older versions of IE have lower levels of web encryption.

EIther that, or go to http://www.mozilla.org and download the Firefox internet browser.
